Tim Buckley: I glimpse back again at 2008‒2009, and I don’t forget people panicking—investors I highly regarded. Some of them ended up finding out on March 9, 2009. They could not manage it any more, and which is just when the marketplaces took off. No a person had predicted that. You generally have to don’t forget the marketplaces are ahead-on the lookout, and you really do not know when they are likely to consider off—just like you really do not know when they are likely to tumble. So it is best to be invested than to attempt to time it, for the reason that it is shut to extremely hard.
