APM Terminal bags CII Cold Chain Awards 2021

Chennai-based mostly APM Terminal India has bagged CII Cold Chain Awards 2021 for exceptional functionality in chilly storage, while other awardees include Adani Agri Contemporary, Cold Guy Warehousing and Distribution, Magnus Farm Contemporary, Aimijay Agri Contemporary and SK Cold Storage.

Saying the awards on Thursday, CII reported that it has released the Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) as a different section for the awards from this 12 months to stimulate this most significant section of the agri offer chain.

Tamil Nadu Banana Producer Corporation gained the award for exceptional functionality among the FPOs. At the same time, Vizhuthugal Agricultural Farmers Producer Corporation, Hunagunda Horticulture FPC, Shri Amaranarayana Horticulture FPC, Amrita Dhara Milk Producer Advertising Cooperative Culture and Gaukaran FPC are a few other folks who also obtained the awards.

This 12 months, the jury for the awards was chaired by Ashok Dalwai, CEO of National Rainfed Region Authority and co-chaired by Pawanexh Kohli, former CEO of National Centre for Cold Chain Advancement.
