UnitedHealth Group pushes back deadline for Change Healthcare acquisition

UnitedHealth Team has delayed the deadline for its pending acquisition of Change Health care, probably owing to an ongoing investigation into the merger by the Office of Justice.

A new submitting with the Securities and Trade Commission suggests the deal may well now be finalized in April 2022.
